The Principle of PROSP, Paul Romanin, graduated in physiotherapy in 1989 and has worked in private practice and the occupational and corporate environment since 1997. He has post graduate qualifications in OH&S with added studies in ergonomics.

He has specialised in on-site physiotherapy, health and wellness consultancy at various work organizations providing on-site treatment, manual handling training, manual handling risk assessments, workplace ergonomics, return to work programmes, pre-employment assessments, task analysis and job dictionaries.
